Carryline’s aluminium systems are built around a number of base components that can be easily assembled using basic hand tools. No welding is needed.
Conveyors are assembled in one place. There is full control of quality and products can be delivered rapidly. Carryline’s plastic components and chains are injection moulded. For production of Carryline chains only the highest quality plastic is used and the chains (acetal) have Dupont approval for use with foodstuffs.
To ensure minimum production downtime, the conveyors are dispatched in sections and simply reassembled on-site.
