Method of installation is the same as in braking rollers. Correct installation allows constant contact of the braking roller with the pallet or transported product. Loss of constant contact can result in damage to braking rollers due to high speed of transported product.
Conveyor braking rollers come in 80 and 89mm dimensions. Each braking roller is served with two forged suspension systems, which even at maximum load find themselves at par or higher then other rollers.
Suspension and lowest braking roller point has to be established through prior testing.
